About SSRC
Silver Spurs Rodeo Club began in 2016 under the guidance of 4H to offer a Horse Club to those in Sherman County. Our board quickly realized the growth potential and we created a non-profit rodeo club that is more inclusive of all ages of youth while broadening our area of competition.
We averaged 30 competitors per playday prior to 2020. In 2020, we grew and averaged 75 amazing athletes per playday. Our board is involved and develops new opportunities and has wonderful ideas. We are constantly seeking better and more efficient way to operate. We want to continue to grow and allow all young people the opportunity to see how great rodeo life can be. We are excited for the growth that SSRC has seen, and we are ready to get 2024 underway!
